Citrine Gold Earrings

Description

18k yellow gold melted disc stud earrings with citrine drops.

These earrings are handmade using traditional reticulation and forging techniques. Disa’s contemporary jewellery is inspired by ancient civilisations and colours from her travels.

The citrines are approx 2.5cts each 10x8mm faceted ovals and hang from a 7mm melted gold disc. The warm hues of the citrines are set off perfectly by the rubover settings of hammered textured 18k gold.

The posts are 11mm long and 0.8mm thick, 18k gold butterflies secure them behind the ear. These earrings are made to order within 3 weeks.
