Half Oxidised Spaghetti Ring

Half oxidised Sterling Silver wrapped wire ring from Disa Allsopp's 'Spaghetti Rings' collection.

This ring is handmade from a continuous length of 1mm lightly textured wire, measuring at approximately 12mm width. The wire is oxidised on one side of the ring to create a contrast of colours in the metal. The oxidisation wears over time to a soft grey shine, a process which means each ring grows to be unique to its wearer.
